As a Learning Innovator, I have gained experience within various components of Instructional Design. I have since developed a passion for those viewed as nontraditional learners. While the spectrum of Instructional Design is comprehensive and complex, I have a genuine interest in Program Evaluation, Learner Motivation and Human Performance. Overall, through innovation, my goal within the field of Instructional Design is to continue improving the experience by developing inclusive learning environments, therefore, enabling self-efficacy for all learners.
