Learning and Motivation Rubric

Context: This rubric was created as a skill development/enhancement project. 

Conditions: This rubric was constructed based on the Smith/Ragan and Motivation infographic. 

Scope:  This rubric was developed to assure that motivational tactics are included during all phases of instructional development. 

Role: I was the sole designer of this rubric.
