Motivation and Smith & Ragan Model Alignment Graphic

Context: This was completed for EME 611. 

Conditions: This graphic was designed using the free software from Piktochart. 

Scope:  The purpose of this graphic was to show how the different elements of Keller's ARCS Model (2010) can be distributed throughout the systematic design process of the Smith and Ragan Model (2002). This graphic became the foundation for the development of the Learning and Motivation Rubric. 

Role:  I was the sole designer for this graphic.
