Systematic Design Process

Context: This instruction was developed throughout the EME 620 course.

Conditions: My colleague and I collaborated with Subject Matter Experts to design motivational instruction for a property management company. This was a semester long development using the Morrison, Ross and Kemp Model.

Scope:   The development included a needs assessment, goals and learners analyses, instructional strategies, and program evaluation. The instruction also included a "tool kit" that would be distributed to participants to act as a "mobile desk" during group interaction.

Role: I worked collaboratively with a colleague for the design of this instruction. During this project, I also acted as a Subject Matter Expert.
